Dr.Clauder's products are produced under strict hygiene and quality regulations. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

  2. Reason for complaint
  3. Best before date and batch number
  4. Your contact details

Currently, complaints via our homepage are only possible within Germany. After a comprehensive quality check in our company, you will receive feedback from us immediately.
