Shipping & Delivery

When ordering for delivery, please note that the parcel services have partly changed their delivery routines due to the current Corona situation and, for example, no longer deliver to parcel shops or neighbours without restrictions and return parcels if recipients are not found. Please take this into account in your planning in order to avoid additional work as much as possible. Official orders or staff shortages caused by Corona may result in deviating parcel delivery times. Details are published by the parcel services on their homepages www.dpd.de and www.ups.com Deliveries to DHL packing stations are not possible at the moment and until further notice.

1. delivery period

Unless otherwise stated on the product pages, the delivery period is 1 - 3 days. The delivery period shall commence in the case of payment in advance no later than 5 days after the payment order has been issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will inform you of the parcel number(s) of the parcel service commissioned, by means of which you can track the delivery status of your parcel. If you allow us to inform the parcel service of your email address by clicking on the corresponding field in the order process, you will receive a notification by email directly from the parcel service, by means of which you can query the delivery status and obtain further options for tracking or redirecting the parcel. For the forwarding of larger orders or large formats the commissioned transport company your telephone number.

2. delivery area

Our online shop is available for orders for delivery within Germany excluding the islands. Orders from abroad can only be collected from our warehouse:

3. shipping costs

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 6.90 for orders under € 30. As soon as you purchase from us for € 30 or more and the order is sent to a domestic address, we will pay the shipping costs and the order will be sent to you free of charge!
