Dr. Clauder's products are manufactured under strict hygiene and quality standards. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of one of our products, please first contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

Please have the following information ready for your dealer:

  1. Samples or photos of the product to be complained about
  2. Reason for complaint
  3. Best before date and batch number
  4. Your contact details


If you ordered your goods from our online shop, you can access the affected order via your user account - Account - Orders and request a return. Our service team will get back to you promptly.

We take your feedback very seriously, as we are committed to continuously improving our products. Please understand that we cannot process your complaint without the information listed.

Send return request

Click on the profile icon in the shop navigation or go to the cancellation policy or a return page and request a return.

Log in to your account:

  • Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue."
  • Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.


Request a return in the shop

  • Click on the order for which you wish to request a return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click on "Send request".

    If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
