Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/d)

At Dr.Clauder, we combine decades of tradition and expertise in the production of pet food and supplements with exciting, vibrant projects and constantly pursue the latest trends. Boring and outdated? Not an option! 

This is your job:

• Development and implementation of social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and others
• Creation of appealing content (text, images, videos) for our channels
• Confident appearance in front of the camera and independent content creation
• Active interaction with our community and timely responses to messages and comments
• Respond quickly to current trends in social media
• Establishing and maintaining collaborations with influencers
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Analysis and definition of relevant target groups
• Monitoring the performance of content marketing measures and the website, analyzing KPIs and deriving optimization potential

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in communication, marketing or a comparable qualification
• Further training in social media/content management is an advantage
• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media or community management
• Experience in performance marketing
• Creative storytelling & stylish writing
• Experience with graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Cloud, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA, online law & advertising
• German & English, spoken and written – other languages are a plus
• Empathy, initiative, flexibility & a real love of animals 🐶🐱
