Conditions of Participation Competition

§ 1 Subject of the Terms and Conditions of Participation and Organizer

(1) These terms and conditions of participation regulate participation in the prize draw as well as the collection and use of the data collected from participants. The description and procedure of the prize draw will be provided in the respective prize draw post on Dr.Clauder's Instagram and Facebook channels.

(2) The organizer of the prize draw is:

(3) By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation.

(4) The prize draw is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.

§ 2 Participation

(1) All natural persons aged 18 years and over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of Dr.Clauder´s solutions for pets GmbH and associated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded.

(2) Participation takes place by the participant:

following the Instagram accounts @dr.clauders and @ms.enni_thegermangolden

liking the prize draw post

tagging a person in the comments

(3) Participation is only possible via personal and public Facebook or Instagram profiles.

(4) Multiple entries and participation via automated procedures or prize draw associations are not permitted.

(5) The prize draw begins with the publication of the post and ends on 31.03.2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

§ 3 Prize, Selection and Notification

(1) Among all valid participants, the following package will be raffled off:

1× Dr.Clauder's Bands & Joints package worth approx. €150 (RRP), consisting of:

• Mobil & Fit Joint Pellets
• Mobil & Fit Joint Powder
• Mobil & Fit Joint Paste
• Supplement Snack Mobil & Fit
• Training Snack Mega Mix 1
• Training Snack Mega Mix 2
• Workout Snack Cheese
• Workout Snack Multivitamin
• Workout Snack Beef

(2) The draw will take place by random principle after the entry deadline.

(3) The winner will be announced via Dr.Clauder's Instagram Story and by direct message (DM).

(4) The winner is obliged to respond to the prize notification and provide their shipping data within 48 hours. If there is no response, the claim to the prize will expire and a substitute winner will be drawn.

(5) The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.

(6) Shipping within Germany will be by post. The risk transfers to the winner upon handover to the shipping service provider.

§ 4 Rights of Use

(1) The participant agrees that their username may be published on Dr.Clauder's social media channels in the event of a win.

§ 5 Liability and Indemnification

(1) Participants undertake not to post any unlawful content.

(2) The participant indemnifies the organizer against all claims by third parties resulting from any infringements of rights.

(3) By participating, the participant indemnifies Instagram and Facebook against any liability.

§ 6 Exclusion

(1) In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation, the participant may be excluded from the prize draw.

(2) Prizes already drawn can be subsequently revoked.

§ 7 Early Termination or Changes

The organizer reserves the right to adapt, interrupt or terminate the prize draw at any time for important reasons.

§ 8 Data Protection

(1) Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw.

(2) The data will be deleted after the prize draw has ended, unless there are legal retention obligations.

§ 9 Final Provisions

(1) German law applies.

(2) Legal recourse is excluded.
