Employee Customer Service/Internal Sales - International (m/f/d)
Introduction
This is your job:
- Telephone and written advice and support for our mainly English and French customers in cooperation with the Key Account Manager
- Country-specific processing of international export orders and offers for EU and non-EU countries
- New customer creation and customer master data maintenance
- Dispatch processing with the preparation of customs documents including export controls and preference checks
- Invoice control
- Complaints processing
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the field of industrial, wholesale, foreign trade and/or forwarding merchant
- Several years of professional experience in international sales
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, German and French; further language skills are an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High degree of initiative and commitment combined with an independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
